Great place, helpful and knowledgeable staff. My girlfriend and I both got demo skis here last weekend. They took their time to find us the right skis, and we both ended up buying the skis we demoed at a great price. All the staff we worked with was friendly and helpful.

This is the best place to rent near Boston. Service is top notch here and selection is solid, I highly highly recommend skipping the bigger shops and coming here instead. Very friendly for beginners and intermediate riders from personal experience.

Konrad and his team are nothing short of amazing. They all are extremely customer oriented. I went in to rent skis for myself and get my girlfriend’s skis tuned. Her skis were too far gone so we ended up renting skis for her too. I told him what we were looking for and delivered exponentially!!! We ended up buying the demo skis we rented. We came back after two days on the skis to get my girlfriend some new ski boots. He fitted her and got her into some new boots and she is thrilled. Absolutely love this place! I cannot say enough good things about a this GEM! Conrad is amazing as well as all His coworkers! Conrad went out of his way to help me fix my board before the weekend, he is truly a great dude! I will forever be a customer!

If you're looking for the kind of store where customer service is paramount and you're tired of supporting the big box giants, this is the place to be. For the ski boots I was shipping for, their pricing even beat most of the online outfitters. I spoke to both the owner and his employee's over the phone regarding a end of season sale item and the respect and friendliness was off the charts. For example: I live about 2 hours from the shop, so shipping was obviously my preference, though I could feasibly make it to the shop in person. When I called and ended up speaking to the owner (Conrad) he was more than happy to make shipping arrangements via UPS even though the site wasn't set up to do it online. When I gave him my address, he recognized the general area and let me know that he would actually happen to be passing right through my town on his way to pick up inventory the coming weekend. I kid you not, Conrad not only offered but followed through on dropping off my boots on his way through! That's the level of customer service you're dealing with here. If you have a problem, they'll help you solve it. A+++ service guys! Look forward to doing future business with you!

I flew into Boston for work and wanted to ski Mt Washington. This might be the only shop in the entire state of Massachusetts that rents alpine touring gear. Plus, they were willing to set up skis outside the main touring season. They got me set up with boots, skis, skins, adjustable poles, and a helmet within an hour of showing up. On top of that, the owner Conrad allowed me to return the skis to his house because I got back to Boston after closing. This shop goes above and beyond. They share a true stoke for helping people get after it in the mountains!
